As South Beach is famous for models, beaches, and parties, skin care is definitely en vogue on South Beach. The skin care industry has a new face with this legendary line of ViDerm products. People such as Sharon Stone and Demi Moore have done chemical peels with the famous Dr. Kalil, who actually invented the ViPeel that you can see on many media clips, such as the news, YouTube, and Good Morning Texas.

Its unique composition of collagen and easily absorbed amino acids helps to rejuvenate and beautify your skin as it tonifies the blood, nourishes the Yin, and moistens dryness.

Ok, that was bizarre, but these apparently are a great anti aging supplement. Here is a hot commodity that is doing very well in anti aging supplements: gold. Gold is becoming a big skin care ingredient as precious metals have been found to have amazing skin care properties and have been shown to penetrate wrinkles to reduce them in appearance. Karla Sutton Announces New Book

For those of you who follow the anti aging industry, you may know that there are a number of authors out there who have published a lot of the work out there that you probably have stumbled upon at one point in time during your research. Many authors are key resources for anti aging knowledge. One author that has been respected by many for quite some time in the industry is Karla A. Sutton. She has an extensive health & wellness background and is well versed on several anti aging topics, including skin care.

Karla announced on her website that she is coming out with a book called “The Aging Race.” It certainly will draw attention as she has written many marketing pieces and informational articles on the topic of aging. She contributes to many web portals and has a few paid weekly columns on some websites.

How do You Prevent Wrinkles?

Wrinkle prevention is a serious topic that doesn’t get discussed often enough. Most people do not know what prevents wrinkles. There are several ways you can prevent wrinkles, but they must be addressed early in life, before it’s too late and wrinkles have set into the skin and done their damage.

Preventing wrinkles means taking care of yourself. There are a number of things that I mean by this, but here is a checklist of things you can do that will essentially put you ahead of the eight ball as you look at your skin and wonder what will become of it in the future.

* Stay away from excessive exposure to the sun. The sun is your skin’s worst nightmare. Wrinkle prevention means preventing the skin from setting it’s hooks on your skin. Cover up your skin with the best sunblock possible. A good sunblock should be applied every two hours at a minimum when exposed to the sun in the middle of the day. Also, don’t think that if the clouds are out the sun is kept at bay. The sun’s influence is always around, and it must be respected accordingly.
* A good moisturizer is always a slick way to get nutrients to the skin on a daily basis. When you use a daily moisturizer, you are helping smooth out the skin and bring moisture to the skin cells. This is something that also prevents wrinkles. Keep a good moisturizer close to you and you are adding yet another step in your regimen towards keeping wrinkles from forming at the skin’s surface.
* Don’t smoke. Sure, most people don’t smoke regularly.But even occasional smoking can hurt the skin and add damage to the facial skin cells which are so prone to wrinkling. Smoking also means you are making expressions with your face, and it’s a fact that common expressions are also a reason the skin wrinkles. Eye wrinkles form due to continued expressions setting into the skin and gaining traction.

The bottom line is that some people wrinkle due to hereditary traits. Wrinkles can reach the skin for many different reasons, and there are things you can do to prevent them, and things you can do to encourage them to grow even more. Even the best wrinkle creams can’t totally treat a wrinkle once it’s there. Sure, they can be a good after-treatment for wrinkles, but they are not the answer to preventing wrinkles nor can they get rid of them entirely.

Use your head, apply sunblock, and treat wrinkles like you treat your teeth - DAILY.
